Attorney McCue received his law degree attending both Western New England University School of Law and the University of Florida’s Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from Boston University and a Masters degree from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. He left the cold of Massachusetts to practice law in the warmth of Florida. Attorney McCue practices only in the area of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. Attorney McCue has served as Trial Lead Council and continues to provide the firm’s clients with full litigation services through staff resources solely dedicated to litigation.
In order to stay abreast of the constantly changing laws relating to automobile insurance and personal injury, Attorney McCue has attended innumerable Florida Bar sponsored seminars. Additionally, he has attended seminars sponsored by both the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.
Attorney McCue is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, Florida Justice Association, Manatee Bar Association, Pinellas County Bar Association and the Pinellas and Manatee Trial Lawyers Associations.
Attorney McCue’s wife, Barbara, is the Executive Assistant with the law firm.
Attorney McCue’s hobby is participating in Motorsports, throughout the Eastern United States. He and his wife, Barbara, are the owners/founders of Q Motorsports Family Student Racer Scholarship Program, a 501(c)(3) charity.
