Leonard A. McCue, J.D.
Attorney at Law
Attorney McCue received his law degree attending both Western New England University School of Law and the University of Florida’s Law School. He received his undergraduate degree from Boston University and a Masters degree from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. He left the cold of Massachusetts to practice law in the warmth of Florida. Attorney McCue practices only in the area of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death. Attorney McCue has served as Trial Lead Council and continues to provide the firm's clients with full litigation services through staff resources solely dedicated to litigation.
In order to stay abreast of the constantly changing laws relating to automobile insurance and personal injury, Attorney McCue has attended innumerable Florida Bar sponsored seminars. Additionally, he has attended seminars sponsored by both the Florida Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.
Attorney McCue's wife, Barbara, is the Executive Assistant with the law firm.
Derek A. Reams
Board Certified Trial Attorney
Attorney Derek A. Reams is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney specializing in motor vehicle crashes, motorcycle crashes, pedestrian and bicycle crashes, tractor-trailer crashes and premises liability cases. Mr. Reams is the head of the firm’s litigation department and he has been with Q Auto & Injury Attorneys since January 2005. A native Floridian born in Tallahassee, Florida, Mr. Reams played collegiate baseball at both Florida State University and the University of Southern Mississippi where he received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice in 1997.
After graduating from Southern Mississippi and before attending law school, Mr. Reams worked for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and completed the Minimum Standards Training Course to become a law enforcement officer with the Leon County Sheriff’s Office. In 1999 Mr. Reams began law school at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and graduated with honors in December 2001.
Sandra L. Bucha
Attorney Sandra Bucha received her Bachelor’s of Art degree in History, with distinction, from Stanford University in 1976 and her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University in 1979. A former prosecutor and public defender, Attorney Bucha has extensive jury trial experience. Since 1990 Attorney Bucha has also successfully represented plaintiffs in all areas of civil jury trial litigation and currently devotes her expertise to the area of medical malpractice with the firm.
Attorney Bucha is a member of the state bars for the states of Florida, Illinois and Wisconsin. Attorney Bucha is also a member of the Federal District Court trial bars for the Middle District of Florida, Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Association.

Edward Izquierdo, J.D.
Attorney Edward Izquierdo works in the Demands Division and has been with Q Auto & Injury Attorneys since December 2013. Attorney Izquierdo handles pre-litigation negotiations with the insurance companies. Attorney Izquierdo graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. He earned his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law. While studying at Stetson, he interned for the Honorable David Demers and was treasurer of the Stetson Freethinkers Society, an on-campus student organization focused on public speaking and debate skills.
Attorney Izquierdo is a member of the American Bar Association, the Manatee County Bar Association and St. Petersburg Bar Association. Attorney Izquierdo is available to represent clients in auto accidents and other personal injury claims and is fluent in Spanish to assist clients in need of a Spanish speaking attorney.
Shaina M. Druker
Attorney Shaina M. Druker works in our personal injury litigation division. Attorney Druker graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing. She earned her J.D. degree in 2012 from Duquesne University School of Law located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Attorney Druker was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012 and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. Prior to joining McCue, Reams & Associates in 2017, Mrs. Druker practiced in the areas of bankruptcy and real estate litigation, having represented creditors in cases pending in state and federal district courts. She is a member of the American Bar Association in the Young Lawyers division and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association. Attorney Druker was selected by Super Lawyers as a 2017 Florida Rising Star. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected as Rising Stars based on peer reviews and independent research.
Shawn A. Goforth, J.D.
Attorney Shawn Goforth works in our personal injury litigation division as a trial attorney. He is a United States Air Force veteran with over 10 years of service. In the Air Force, Mr. Goforth worked as an F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft mechanic. While stationed in northern Japan he cross-trained to become a paralegal. As a paralegal he assisted attorneys in the military justice (criminal) and claims (lawsuits against the government) divisions.
After serving several years as a paralegal Mr. Goforth was hand selected to teach the Paralegal Studies Apprentice Course at the Air Force Judge Advocate General’s School at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. He served at bases in Misawa, Japan, Phoenix, Arizona, and Montgomery, Alabama. He graduated from Troy State University, in Montgomery (his last duty station) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2001. Mr. Goforth then left the Air Force to pursue his desire to become a trial attorney.
